Refund Policy

At WeFixWP, we’re committed to delivering dependable, high-quality WordPress support. However, due to the nature of our services—manual, time-based, and delivered digitally—our refund policy is designed to be fair but practical. Please read the guidelines below carefully.

Ad Hoc Services (Theme & Plugin Fixes)

  • All services are billed upfront, after an initial assessment is made.
  • Refunds will only be considered if no work has been started — this includes troubleshooting, code inspection, or communication involving technical diagnosis.
  • Once we begin work, the fee is non-refundable, even if the issue cannot be resolved, as time and expertise have been invested.
  • If we determine that the issue is outside our scope before beginning any work, you will not be charged.

Custom Scopes & Larger Projects

  • For tasks that require a larger scope of work (e.g., extensive theme/plugin debugging, staging setup, or consultation):
    • A partial refund may be issued if the project is cancelled before work begins.
    • If the project is cancelled mid-way, the refund (if any) will be based on work completed and time spent, at our standard hourly rate.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  • Email us at fix@wefixwp.io
  • Include your order number and a short explanation.
  • Requests will be reviewed within 1–2 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow additional time based on your payment provider’s processing schedule.

If you have any questions about this policy or need help understanding your eligibility, don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re happy to clarify.
