Definitions
- “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to WeFixWP, a remote-first WordPress support brand operated by Tekhelp (Pvt) Ltd (Co. Reg. No. PV00307724), registered in Sri Lanka.
- “Client”, “You”, or “Your” refers to the individual or business using our services.
- “Services” refers to WordPress troubleshooting and repair services offered by WeFixWP.
- “Agreement” refers to these Terms of Service.
Scope of Service
WeFixWP provides expert, on-demand WordPress troubleshooting and repair services for individuals, freelancers, and small businesses. Our focus is on resolving WordPress issues quickly, efficiently, and remotely.
Support may include, but is not limited to, recovery of malware infected sites, fixing theme layout problems, resolving plugin-related errors, restoring broken site features, optimising performance, and ensuring compatibility with the latest WordPress updates. All services are delivered remotely through secure and private communication channels.
The exact nature and scope of support will depend on the issue reported and the level of effort required. WeFixWP does not offer on-site assistance or ongoing maintenance unless explicitly agreed upon.
We do not provide custom plugin or theme development, web hosting, or general IT support as part of this service.
User Responsibilities
To ensure smooth and effective service delivery, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information regarding the issue or requirement.
- Grant remote access or credentials when necessary for troubleshooting.
- Respond promptly to communication and required approvals.
- Use our services only for lawful purposes.
Prohibited Use
You may not misuse our services in any way, including but not limited to:
- Using services to violate any local, state, or international laws.
- Attempting unauthorised access to other systems.
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts service or harms infrastructure.
Payment Terms
- All services must be prepaid in full before support begins, unless otherwise specified in writing or agreed upon in advance.
- Payment links are shared via WhatsApp or email and processed through secure payment gateways.
- Prices are quoted in LKR, exclusive of any applicable taxes or transaction fees.
- Most services are billed upfront based on the assessed scope of work.
- WeFixWP does not offer subscription plans or support rollovers unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Refunds, if applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
- Any outputs (documents, code snippets, recommendations) provided during service are your property upon full payment.
- Diagnostic methods or scripts used during troubleshooting remain the intellectual property of WeFixWP (operated by Tekhelp), unless explicitly provided as part of deliverables.
- We may include anonymised learnings or case studies from resolved issues for internal improvement or portfolio purposes unless you request otherwise.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information, credentials, and communications as confidential. We do not disclose or share sensitive data without your permission, except as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
- WeFixWP provides services “as-is” without guarantees of issue resolution in every case.
- We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits resulting from the use of our services.
- Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
Third-Party Tools & Services
We may use or recommend third-party tools, plugins, or hosting services during troubleshooting. We are not responsible for:
- Any downtime, pricing changes, or limitations of those third-party providers.
- Security risks or data loss caused by third-party service providers or software.
- Future compatibility or functionality of external tools beyond our control.
Service Modifications & Termination
- WeFixWP reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
- Clients may terminate services at any time with at least 14 days’ written notice, unless a different notice period is specified in the service agreement or plan terms.
- Upon termination, all outstanding invoices must be cleared before any final deliverables or credentials are released.
- WeFixWP may also terminate service due to misuse, non-payment, or breach of terms.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
- In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to negotiate in good faith to resolve the matter amicably.
- If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation:
- Either party may terminate the service agreement.
- The client agrees to compensate WeFixWP for work completed up to the termination date, based on the applicable hourly rate or agreed package value.
- Any reasonable termination costs incurred by Tekhelp may also be billed to the client.
Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
